Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom-made, made-to-order, or pre-order products may require additional processing time.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipment has been scanned by the carrier.
Domestic Shipping
KRJ Moto Co currently ships throughout the United States. Shipping availability to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary depending on the product and carrier.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country.
KRJ Moto Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
KRJ Moto Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
Customers may be required to provide photos of damaged packaging and products.
Backorders & Pre-Orders
If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. Customers may choose to wait for the item or request an order cancellation before shipment.
