At KRJ Moto Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all hardware, accessories, and documentation originally provided.
Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email support@krjmotoco.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

If the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, defective product, or damage during shipping), KRJ Moto Co will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If the return is for any other reason (ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@krjmotoco.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

We'll review your claim promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been installed, mounted, wired, modified, or used.
Products showing signs of installation, wear, abuse, or damage.
Custom-made or personalized products.
Clearance or sale items.
Gift cards.

Motorcycle Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their motorcycle before placing an order.

If you have questions about fitment, we're happy to help before you purchase.

Products returned because they do not fit may be eligible for return only if they are unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition.

Electrical Components

Electrical components—including LED lights, wiring harnesses, converters, and related accessories—are not eligible for return or warranty coverage if they have been damaged due to:

Improper installation
Incorrect wiring
Modification or alteration
Misuse or abuse
Water intrusion caused by improper installation
Use outside their intended application

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different product, simply request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.
