Warranty & Crash Replacement Policy

At KRJ Moto Co, we're committed to building high-quality products for riders who demand reliability on every ride. We proudly stand behind our products with a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and our Crash Replacement Program to help you get back on the trail if the unexpected happens.

Limited Warranty

KRJ Moto Co warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from KRJ Moto Co or an authorized retailer.

Warranty Coverage

Headlight Mounts

Covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the expected service life of the product under normal recreational use.

LED Lights

Covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Wiring Harnesses & Electrical Accessories

Covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

Defects in materials.
Defects in workmanship.
Premature product failure during normal intended use.
Manufacturing-related issues that affect the product's performance or functionality.

If KRJ Moto Co determines that a product is covered under this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion:

Repair the product;
Replace it with the same or a comparable product; or
Refund the original purchase price if a replacement is unavailable.

Headlight Mount Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty for headlight mounts covers the expected service life of the product under normal recreational riding and intended use.

If your headlight mount fails because of a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, KRJ Moto Co will repair or replace the defective product at no charge, at our sole discretion.

This warranty does not guarantee the product against all damage for the lifetime of the owner. Damage resulting from crashes, accidents, misuse, improper installation, or modifications is not considered a manufacturing defect.

What Is Not Covered

The Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or conditions outside of normal intended use. This includes:

Motorcycle crashes, impacts, or accidents (see our Crash Replacement Program below).
Improper installation or incorrect assembly.
Incorrect wiring or reverse polarity.
Product modifications, drilling, trimming, sanding, or alterations.
Unauthorized repairs or disassembly.
Abuse, misuse, neglect, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or discoloration.
Water intrusion caused by improper installation, damaged seals, or improper maintenance.
Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, fuel, cleaners, or excessive heat beyond the product's intended operating environment.
Damage resulting from racing, competition, or commercial use.
Acts of nature or other external causes beyond our control.

These situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under the Limited Warranty.

Crash Replacement Program

We understand that crashes are part of riding.

As a thank-you for supporting KRJ Moto Co, we're proud to offer our 50% Crash Replacement Program.

If your KRJ Moto Co headlight mount or LED light is damaged during a crash or accident, we'll help you get back on the trail by offering 50% off a replacement product.

This program is offered as a customer appreciation benefit and is separate from our Limited Warranty.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Crash Replacement Program:

You must be the original purchaser.
The product must have been purchased directly from KRJ Moto Co or an authorized retailer.
You must provide proof of purchase.
You must submit clear photos showing the damaged product.
KRJ Moto Co may request that the damaged product be returned for inspection before approving a replacement discount.

This program is limited to one discounted replacement per damaged product and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

KRJ Moto Co reserves the right to deny claims involving fraud, abuse, intentional damage, or misuse.

How to Submit a Warranty or Crash Replacement Claim

To begin a claim, please email support@krjmotoco.com with:

Your full name
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product
Photos showing the installation (if applicable)
Photos of any damage (for Crash Replacement claims)

Most claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping products to KRJ Moto Co for warranty evaluation unless otherwise instructed.

If a warranty claim is approved, KRJ Moto Co will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Customers participating in the Crash Replacement Program are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated by KRJ Moto Co.

Limitation of Liability

KRJ Moto Co's responsibility under this policy is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRJ Moto Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, property damage, loss of use, towing expenses, labor costs, lost profits, or personal injury arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
